Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

Our shipping services are available within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Customs and Duties:

As we operate exclusively within the United States, customs duties and taxes are not applicable to our standard shipping services.
8. Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support at info@localhues.com within 30 days of receiving your order or the originally estimated delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. One-of-a-Kind Art Pieces:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for one-of-a-kind art pieces. Each piece is unique and carefully crafted, and we want to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of these items.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • For all other items, you may request an exchange within 7 business days from the purchase or received date for online purchases.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. 

  • Must have receipt for proof of purchase.

4. Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer support at info@localhues.com within 7 business days of purchase or receipt.

    • Provide your order number, a description of the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact customer support at info@localhues.com for return shipping label.

6. Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange.

7. Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for returned items. Exchanges will be processed for eligible items only.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for exchange.
